Effect of Balcony in multi storey apartments

Effect of the same on any one side on the flooring and the roof would have total effects. If however only one is extended (by constructing balcony) half the influence will be felt.

East Facing Construction
Ground Floor : Balcony on the roof has caused extension of East-SouthEast, however flooring is rectangular. This would restrict adverse influence to 50% only.
First Floor : Consequent to balcony, the flooring is increased towards East-SouthEast. However roof has not increased, thus restricting adverse effects to 50% only. Balcony on the roof towards East-NorthEast has caused extension of the same, however flooring has not extended accordingly, thus restricting beneficial effects to only 50%.
Second Floor : Balcony on the roof has caused extension of East-SouthEast, however flooring is rectangular. This would restrict adverse influence to 50% only.
