Method of Construction of Balcony

Regular Plot
Consequent to construction of balcony towards South/West there will be load on the main South/West wall. This is beneficial. Care to be taken that such balcony is throughout South/West.
With balcony towards East/North/NorthEast, there is heaver load on the East/North/NorthEast walls. This causes severe adverse effects.
Correct Method of Balcony Construction
If however a pillar/column is erected in supported of such balcony towards East/North/NorthEast, there is no excessive load on the main East/North/NorthEast walls.
Skewed Plot
Consequent to construction of balcony towards SouthWest there will be load on the main SouthWest wall. This is beneficial. Care to be taken that such balcony is throughout SouthWest.
Consequent to balcony on NorthEast / NorthWest / SouthEast side, there is grater load on the respective walls which has got severe adverse effects.
Correct Method of Balcony Construction
If however a pillar/column is erected in supported of such balcony towards NorthEast, there is no excessive load on the main NorthEast wall.
Balcony should be constructed on both sides viz NorthWest & SouthEast and never on one side only. Insure such balconies are equal in all respects.
